Critical Stress and Wellness Center is a mental health practice based in Erlanger, Kentucky, serving clients throughout Northern Kentucky and the greater Cincinnati area. Founded in 2023 by Dr. Mike Reeser, our team includes licensed psychologists, professional counselors, and a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner — all committed to providing expert, judgment-free care.

We are especially skilled at working with law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, military members, veterans, and their families — because several of us have walked in those shoes. But we also proudly serve the broader public, providing therapy, psychological testing, medication management, and forensic evaluations to anyone who needs quality mental health care in Northern Kentucky.

Our office is located at 34 Erlanger Rd., Erlanger, KY 41018, with easy access from Florence, Covington, Newport, and the rest of the region.
