Alexa Canup
Alexa is the hub of CSW Center operations and will be able to answer any questions about services offered, provider availability, and pricing/insurance.
Alexa came to us from Thomas More University where she studied psychology and criminal justice. She is now the new face and voice of the front office.
If you call or check in at the office, Alexa will help with any scheduling, intakes, or general questions.

Mike Reeser, Ph.D.
Dr. Reeser has a military and law enforcement background and now specializes in trauma focused treatment with veteran and first responder populations. He also works in the forensic setting and provides a variety of psychological assessments services.

Samantha Reeser, Psy.D.
Dr. Samantha Reeser has an extensive first responder background and served as a law enforcement officer. She now specialized in trauma focused treatment for LEOs and their spouses. She also works in the forensic setting and provides a variety of psychological assessment services.
Dawn Glowatz, APRN, PMNHP
Advanced Practical Registered Nurse
Dawn is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 14 years’ experience. She meets people without judgment and builds trusting treatment partnerships. She does full assessments, gives clear diagnoses, and offers personalized care — including medicines and therapy. As the spouse of a retired firefighter, she focuses on first responders and their families. She also treats perinatal mood and anxiety problems and women's mental health at every age. Trained in functional and integrative psychiatry, she blends standard care with complementary approaches to treat mind, body, and spirit. She centers on each person’s strengths and needs to support lasting mental wellness.

Brian Brentlinger, LPCC-S, NCC — 20+ years supporting teens, families, and individuals with person-centered, trauma-informed care. Former Kentucky public school counselor providing counseling, assessments, and crisis support. Special focus on first responders and their families, including first responder youth facing anxiety, trauma, and family stress.
Vic Hubbuch
Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern
Vic Hubbuch is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern and retired law enforcement officer with 20+ years’ experience. Using firsthand knowledge of first responders’ stress, Vic offers respectful, honest support to first responders and their families for work-related stress, trauma, anxiety, life changes, and identity shifts after service or retirement.
Vic uses a person-centered approach with Logotherapy and Trauma-Focused CBT to help clients process trauma, find meaning, build resilience, and learn practical coping skills. He practices under clinical supervision and is committed to ethical care, growth, and advocating for the mental health of those who serve.
